No. Under the Block Exemption Regulation we can service your vehicle to the manufacturer schedule using equivalent parts, and your warranty stays intact. We stamp the service book and provide a written report.
Subject to availability, yes. Ask when you book and we will let you know what we have free for the day. If we cannot offer one, we can usually drop you home locally and collect you when the car is ready.
The DVSA sets the maximum MOT fee at £54.85 for a Class 4 car. We charge £40 as standard. If your vehicle fails we offer a free retest within 10 working days, provided the repair is done with us.
We do, on both standard R134a systems and the newer R1234yf gas used on cars from 2017 onwards. A regas takes around 45 minutes. We will also check for leaks before refilling rather than just topping up.
Our written quote is the price you pay, provided the job is what we quoted for. If we open up a wheel and find something else needs doing we will stop, send you a photo and a revised quote, and only continue with your approval.
